Many symptoms

Hi here is my story to see if anyone van help or it going thru something similar .

I had anal sex with female on january 2019

4 weeks after pain in my neck

6 weeks a sorethoat and a cold that lasted 10 days

after that i sayed with acid reflux dx in july 2019

stomach pain in august.

had endoscopy in september and it show gastritis, duodenis and 2 papillomas from esophagus were taken out.

lost about 15 poumds in less than a month

nonember had a very bad flu like symptoms

strep and flu were negative

december . started with diahrrea, and mid december pain in anterior neck dr said was a lymph node, when to ent and it was tonsillitis.

all hiv antibody tests 4 gen, and rapid has been negative. hiv pcr negative , and viral load negative .problem is mu cd4 count is 365 with cd4/cd8 ratio of 0.78 .

    if report is negative dont worry ... all is good. just divert yourself in something else .. having these thoughts in mind will make u think the things which are not even related
