Marbling on Penis glans

When i get an erection i get a marbling effect on my penis glans. When my erection subsides my glans returns to normal with the exception of a slight pink tinge.

Over the past year or so I've had four STI tests for peace of mind and all have been negative.

My doctor said its balanitis and gave me some Timodine cream which helps a bit with the redness but hasn't cleared it up.

I used to cycle quite a bit and my riding position used to put pressure on my penis and perineum so I was wondering if that could have done some damage?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.image
