Mark on tip of penis which refuses to heal

Hi,
So basically I have a mark on my penis..it originally appeared during rough sex with my girlfriend (i've only ever had 1 partner - for the past year) - she has had other partners in the past but i'm pretty sure she's fine. I'm pretty sure it is just from being rough as I felt a pain during and it was visible after - only problem is this is about 3-4 months ago. It's still there - it doesn't hurt at all and only hurts if i have rough sex again - We only see each other for a week every 6 weeks so it gets better and then when we're together it's hard not to eh..
Well when we're apart I masturbate 1 time per day - but I have had periods (5 days maximum) about 3 times where I've avoided touching it to hope it heals - Hasn't really seemed to - anyway originally it was slightly smaller but I received a really long b*****b - didn't even know it was hurting me until afterwards I noticed it had made the problem slightly worse. I don't really have any idea what to do to get rid of it? does anybody have any ideas because I'm out..
I've tried using ..bepanthen on it? but that didn't seem to help - it just looks like a graze or something from friction where the skin has peeled back but it just refuses to heal - I thought maybe because I'm uncircumsized & the skin always covering it doesn't allow it? or do I really just need to leae it longer? sorry for so much text I'm just worried.

Can i really not edit a post? well that previous image wasn't the best - maybe this is clearer? it's the mark on the left of the tip.

This type of thing can take a while to heal. If it's an infection then you need to clean it. Do this by running your penis under warm water while rubbing the surface area with your fingers and making sure its dry before replacing your foreskin, even keeping your foreskin back to air it out could help.
Are ya diabetic or have drug issues?

This can go away within one to two weeks. You should abstain from sexual activity and masturbation until your skin has had time to heal. Moisturize the skin of your penis with a gentle moisturizer, petroleum jelly, or aloe vera. Wear loose-fitting, breathable underwear and pants in soft fabrics. Since your skin is not draining pus or causing any abnormal symptoms, it could not be an infection. So just keep your penis clean and dry it thoroughly. If you have diabetes, get it checked and controlled by your doctor.

I don't have diabetes or a drug problem no. Ok so no masturbation for 2 weeks and it'll be fine! So washing with warm water & no type of product? and when you say leaving it out to air - how long / often are we talking? 😮

I was suggested to use cold water. I would try to keep your foreskin retracted as often as possible throughout the day.

I see some replying, asking about diabetes. Is it because of how long its taken for his situation to heal? I myself am currently experiencing what I believe is a scrape or chaffing, I had posted about it. It's been over 3 weeks now and it still hasn't healed. I have my worries about becoming or being diabetic just because the last time I saw the doc i was borderline hypoglycemic. I have not been masturbating but I did get into some sexual foreplay with my partner this past weekend and it seems like it didnt help, as it was pretty red after, and some dry skin that formed over came off.
