Marking & veins showing on breast

Hi i just wondered if anybody else had experienced anything similar to my situation - i am 24 y/o overweight 40E boobs and have recently noticed veiny blotchy markings on my breasts - picture attached

i have done what you shouldn't do and googled it and the first thing that comes up is IBC. I suffer already with health anxiety and this has just sent me into a panic, i have read other similar forums like mine and can see its spider veins and this is quite normal for fair skin women (which i am) i always have been very pale - other than the markings my right breast is larger than my left - always has been but not sure if its always been this bigger as i dont really tend to look at myself as i hate the way i look. it isn't so much swelling as its really soft to touch (more like fat)

i have a private GP booked for Monday but any help or info in meantime much appreciated xxxx
