Mass on right tonsil

I have tonsils issue since childhood, however, recently got to know about tonsil stones and it's association with bad breath. While curiously having a look at my throat area, I observed the left side area of tonsils is different than the right one. at the right, there's this dangling mass at the place of tonsils. it doesn't hurt or anything, however, sometimes it gets a bit red & white and it is associated with difficulty to swollow the saliva. i do not face any Heath issues but this mass is making me curious.... and anxious as wellimage
