Saw DR yesterday. he said i look fine. took blood. I have bad health anxiety. So i often hyperfocus on symptoms and then they seem very real.
does this look like it could be something? Doesn't itch or hurt but doesn't seem right. its just one spot. Arent they usually in groups?

my outbreak was only 1 spot, and it stayed as only one spot and didnt blister - tested positive.
i also have health anxiety so i completley understand how you feel! im not sure if yours looks like a typical outbreak or not, it really is different from everyone. if the sore changes, or starts to blister, go back to your doctor.
