Massive panic attack 2 days ago, still exhausted

Is it normal to feel exhausted several days after a panic attack. I had a massive one Wednesday around midday. For the rest of the day I was in a dazed state and fell asleep mid-afternoon. I slept right through til morning and thought I'd be fine. I work full-time so I had to go to work but my concentration and energy was non existent. When I got home I fell asleep again and woke up the next morning. Today I'm still drained. I'm just a bit worried as I have a high stress job with deadlines next week and I'm worried this isn't going to disappear. What can I do?

All I can advise is you talk to your GP and discuss what happened to you. You do not explain what had caused your problem and you need to understand what brought all this on.
Have you tried Mindfulness Relaxation Technique and Breathing techniques they may help to calm your condition.

It's absolutely normal to feel exhausted after a panic attack. Panic attacks are very draining and the brain and entire body.
even more important is to find out why this is happening and get some help for it through your doctor and the therapist. Do you have underlying anxiety? Could your stressful job be causing this?
these are things to discuss with a counselor who can help you manage your stress and anxiety.
listen to some meditations on YouTube for anxiety or stress. They relax my mind and body. What you need to do is relax your mind as much as you can because All anxiety and panic begins in the brain . When you feel those things, your body is trying to tell you that you are experiencing way too much stress. That happened to me when I was in my 20s. That's the time to take action. Nothing is worth losing your health over.
hope you feel better soon

It is soooo normal! Your body goes through A LOT when you have a panic attack it takes time to come back down. Rest as much as you can being tired will only make anxiety worse, but also try to go doe a walk or do something active because too much sitting isn't good and endorphins are great for anxiety.
And most importantly talk to your doctor or therapist. It's important to nip anxiety and panic attacks in the butt because it's not something that usually goes away on its own!
Try to stay as relaxed as possible while you're home and it will pass!
