Massive pupils

Posted , 2 users are following.

I'm on my 2nd week of Sertraline and my pupils are really noticeable. So much so that it's made me extremely self-conscious. This and sleeping problems have been the only side effects that bother me.

Does anyone know when/if this will go away?

Thank you.

You should immediately go and see your doctor. Sertraline has many side effects and dilated pupils is one of them. However, it is not one that you would just let it go, it will be best to consult your doctor whether you should dose down on your pills or change to another antidepressants. The sleeping problem should subside in a few weeks time, it took me 6 weeks.

But the dilated pupils, I would go and see my GP for that.
