Mastoidectomy, chlosteteoma and perforated ear drum. Anyone have similar????

Hi all, after weeks of searching I haven't seen anyone with similar problems. After suffering nearly 2 years of chronic ear infections and sinutitus I got diagnosed with in November 2017 with a chlosteteoma, I had a mastoidectomy last week, the chlosteteoma was removed and had a perforated ear drum repaired. I was told post op the procedure would take 3 hours but it took jupt over 6, over a week later I am still suffering severe pain (I know the packaging may cause this) and quite alot of tittinus. Has anyone had the same problems?
