Masturbation trouble

Hello,

I have been struggling with an issue for as long as I remember now, over 2 years. I get a pain in my penis whenever it's squeezed lightly (even just held sometimes). When it's erect, the shaft hurts, just under the head. It hurts to masturbate and there is a really sharp pain whenever I ejaculate. After ejaculating, it will be sore or sometimes just hurt or burn slightly for a couple of hours. Just outright uncomfortable 😔

I've had an MRI on this and this came back clear. Not really sure what to do here, as its almost impossible to get an appointment with a urologist!

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Possibly Urethritis?? Ive had that a few times and has same symptoms
