Matching Cuts around Vagina?

Hello!

So this is not the first time this has happened, but I can't remember how long ago it happened last time. I noticed some itching and I have two cuts/tears around the outside of my vagina. I don't believe it's STD related since I've been in a long relationship and haven't had sex in awhile. I did take antibiotics a couple days before I noticed these. I'm not sure if this is what yeast infections due.

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I've gotten cuts around the anus before due to extremely dry skin.

Has anyone experienced this before? Both time it was 2 cuts around the area the healed in 2 days. Please let me know
