May I please get some comments on if there a demand for stem cell clinical trial for raised PSA?

Dear friends, we research, develop and manufacture stem cell products for doctors to clinically trial/treat their patients.

While running a heart clinical trial, we noticed an 87-year-old patient with PSA 26 and free PSA of 6.0 returned to normal incidentally.

Despite the happy surprise finding, it takes much more to validate the possible benefit medically/scientifically but it takes a lot of resource and time to call a clinical trial. So, we would like some valuable opinions and comments what’s the likelihood a patient with raised PSA will ask for a stem cell treatment trial in the future given the consideration that a patient might have to pay as much as 25k?
