I would write down everything you remember. It would help if someone saw your episode(s).
I would ask about an EEG if the Dr. doesn’t mention it for some reason. Something is going on. Are these the same experiences you were going through before? An EEG might be able to find the region of the brain where the activity is and associate it with your symptoms. There’s no one size fits all when it comes to epilepsy. They think I have a combination of two types. Having a series of comparative EEG’s over the years has shown abnormalities in the same regions. I don’t know if the intensity has increase though.
I had two problems last week just after going to bed. For the past year and a half, I’ve had auras that only occur just after I go to bed or 5 minutes after I wake up, still lying in bed. Your comment reminded me that last week’s nightly episodes had one difference than any others; I saw a purple and red rotating ball of light. This has never happened before. I think this will be important when I see my Dr. tomorrow. I also had a head ache, which is rare. It’s another reminder to write down. If I rely on my memory alone, I always come home and remember when it’s too late. It’s like my memory last night, I couldn’t find my frying pan. I just now realized I stowed it away in the oven, not the cabinet where it belongs! Oh well, it was one less thing to wash.
Take care and let us know what the Dr says/does.

I am assuming your Consultant Neurologist, if so you may want to mention "Functional Episodes" there are 28 known variations of these, each has their own types of disorders associated with them.
There is a Neurology Specialist in the UK called "Jon Stone Neurologist Consultant in NeuroSymptoms". If you type in all the words between those 2 quotes (but omit the quotes obviously!) in to Google you will see a site called "neurosymptoms org".
Jon updates his website regularly, and most Consultant Neurologists know him or know of him in the UK.
An EEG does not always give true encounters of symptoms, "Functional Episodes" would not show up, yet some may look like the same symptoms of an Epileptic Seizure. I only know of this because I suffer from both types, I was diagnosed with "Functional Episodes" after having BoTox Injections by a Neurologist at the hospital, about 5 minutes later I just blacked out. But when I came around I could not move or make any sign of communication with Doctors or Consultants around me, they hooked me up to an EEG on the floor, because they were not sure if I had broken anything when I just collapsed. Once the Neurologist seen the EEG, he told me after I came around that no electrical pulses showed up on the EEG whatsoever, indicating it was not an Epilepsy Seizure, but one "Functional Episode", however which type was another matter.
I am kept dosed up on 1,800mg of Sodium Valproate a day, plus other much smaller medications.
Regards,
Les.
