I had a colonoscopy yesterday, one polyp was taken, they are doing biopsy on some more tissue they took. I've had diarrhea for a long time now, lately cramps, wondering if it sounds like crohn's and should I be scared? I am worried about it! Cindy

      Yeah I'm praying its not but if it is, I'd like to know what foods I should avoid. Thank you stephaney, good luck with your crohn's. Cindy

      Yummy at least that I can eat and enjoy! Like you said, diary and keep track of things that effect me. Thank you again, I will let you know for sure what they call me about next week on the results. Cindy
