Maybe Iron-deficient Anemia?

Posted , 2 users are following.

I have been experiencing some of the following conditions for years.

I am underweight (BMI: 15),  insonmiac, and pale skin. I am proning to minor diseases such as stuffy nose, experiencing constant and continual foot cramps (will last for minutes and continue for one bout after another) and recently I am having brittle nails on both of my hands and feet. Moreover, I am also experiencing cold feet for years and that my appetite is becoming poorer and poorer year by year.

So, I am wondering whether or not I have anemia or it is just that I have a bad health.

A complete blood count not a FBC will tell you. Insist, keep going back to GP until you get to the bottom of it. Listen to your body, you clearly feel unwell.

If the results are anemia ask for Endo and colonendoscopy immediately.

You need to see your doctor and have blood tests done to see where you have deficiencies. You will soon get well and strong again with the correct medications or supplements.

Hi. I have just had my sixth and final hab for anemia .One every three months

    from now on

Might be a good idea if you change your medical centre, I did. a few months

    ago what a difference.

How were you being treated for anemia ? Did you get any B12 injections.?

Did you get anything at all ?
