It all depends on the fat content of your meal. If you calculate how much fat is in your entire meal and keep it below 15g you can, but you can't go over 30g for the whole day x

Sorry am new to taking orlistat, can I ask why less than 30 grams of fat a day, surely it would be less than 45 (3 meals at less than 15) obviously I know the less fat the quicker weight will go.

It's just what I was told! Then found out that it is indeed 45g!

Orlistat [etc] really is a way to get you to reduce your fat intake - if you do not and take the orlistat you will soon find out the problem.  Put crudely - and there is no polite way of saying this - you will get almost uncontrollable urge to empty your bowels which will be incredibly "squirty" too. When you pass wind ["fart"] you will also pass some liquid [which is unabsorbed fat] and this will stain garments.  Nasty!

As another says you can try using no-fat/very low-fat alternatives

Yes I know about the incidents that can occur if you do not follow instructions, will definitely go for the no fat/low fat foods 😃

I have found a mayo from aldi that is 0.8g in fat so a teaspoon of that is fine! I have with Tuna and no issues at all
