MCP joint redness and pain

on November 27th noticed redness and swelling and slight pain to touch on my mcp joint in my middle finger this continued for a week and a day where it would flare up in a morning and calm down by the evening.

Then the morning after it disappears and it starts happening to my index finger. Redness slight swelling and pain when i press on it this is now the 5th day and my index finger feels slightly stiff on the joint when i fully bend it

could it be arthritis? i saw about it been early signs but also seen it could be white blood cells attacking the normal ones (im also on my 7th week of taking mirtazapine)
