Me and ache in arm

when i have a flare up of my ME i get an ache in right arm only, and makes my hand feel cold, feels like its my circultation, and i feel spaced out and head muggy. Not sure why the arm flares up with ME? the only way to desribe is like when you have leaning on arm for a while an dit aches, its like this but i dont wake up with it it seems to come on around lunch time and only associated when i have a flare up then it goes away. there is a pressure point under the top of my arm and if i press there i c=get pins and needles. was wondering if anyone can shed any light on the cuase of this?? thanks so much
