ME and drug combinations

I have ME I have previous anxiety and depression. I am currently taking Mirtazipine 30mgs Zopliclone 7.5mg and Diazipam. I would like to reduce the meds, but do not know where to start. I started taking Zopliclone for insomnia and am worried about it returning if I stop it. Can anyone Help?

    I'm afraid I don't know enough a??ut your condition and meds to give a wise answer. I would HATE to tell you something wrong that could cause harm. I suggest talking this matter over with your doctor
