ME and eating...

I was diagnosed with ME 9 years ago and Discoid Lupus 11 years ago, recently I've been feeling very tired and down which is a common thing for me but I can't seem to stop eating even if i dont feel hungry, i'm guess it may be because my body thinks this will make me feel better? I've lost 2 and a half stone in the last 4 years and worried i'm going to put it all back on if I'm not careful.

I've recently started taking my steroid tablets again for the lupus which seem to help keep the weight down so hoping these will help again soon.

Just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas of what to do when i'm feeling so fatigued to stop the eating.

ThanksĀ

That's strange, when I was on steroids years ago for skin itching I put on weight and I thought that's what they always did.

Just to add I lost it when I stopped taking them so it was definitely them, although I don't remember if the weight gain was from being extra hungry or if they just do that.

The ones I am on do say weight loss and lack of appetite.

I was on them for 6months and nearly lost a stone
