Meal plan / food ideas / batch cooking

Hi all,

I've been reading the forums and wondered if anyone had a weekly meal plan they could share for ideas or possibly link me to a good blog if anyone has been doing one? Any batch cooking recipes? A lot of people have recommended slimming world / weight watchers.

I love to cook and try new meals but previously did my weeks meals in batches at the weekend and froze them for convenience. Also I really don't like buying ready produced meals. The problem I have is I work 9-7 so out the house 8-8.

If possible I need meals I can prepare and take with me.

Also I've read that people have weight watcher bread, how often do you have bread?

Thanks and sorry for the long post x

Since I've got Redmond multicooker I started to serve my family with healthy and delicious food. And the most convenient thing that I can put all ingredients together in advance, set the timer and proper mode and get my meal any time I need.

Hi Kerry, I'm just about to start the tablets and like you need to batch cook. I've found a site called organise youself skinny and which I think is  really helpful. The overnight oats work brilliantly as do the mason jar salads.
