Medial Epicondylitis?

I have been rock climbing for around 3 years now, when i began to get stronger I had a strong pain in my elbow pit that got worse and worse, to the point i had to take a couple months off, and then I slowly went back to climbing at it wasn't as big of a problem and went away fully. Around 6 months ago I had an a4 pulley injury and had to take some time off and pain free climb until it became better again. Now that it has become better, I have began to climb hard again, and the pain in my elbow pit is back. I am not sure what it is. I know medial and lateral epicondylitis are supposed to be on the ends of the elbow, but this pain is like right in the middle of my elbow pit, not at either end. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
