Medial Malicious fracture move 4mm away from join 6 week after ORI Surgery

Guy , I need your help . I am 54 year old guy based in UK I met with fall in the garden on 31/8 and had five fracture as shown on CT scan
1)There is an intra-articular fracture of the distal tibia.
2) There is a medial malleolus fracture with some displacement and a few tiny fracture fragments.
3)There is an intra-articular fracture of the anteromedial aspect of the calcaneus (Sanders classification
Type 1B).
4) There is subchondral and compression fracturing of the posterolateral aspect of the talar dome.
5) Tiny bony fragments are seen just medial to the distal fibular tip.
Accordingly had ORIF on 8/9 for medial malleolus with one screw and tibia with three long screw but without any plate . Consultant says rest of the fracture will cure on its own without surgery in cast as non displaced and doesn't need any surgery
I was on back slab for 2 week and 4 week on full cast . 2 week Xray shows the Opening up of fracture without any callus ( bone growth ) on opposite side of screw . Screw is toward the joint . But the surgeon did show me the Xray so was not aware about my healing of the Fracture . On 21/9 yesterday Consultants did the Xray which shows the fracture has moved 4mm toward outside with callus growth . Consultants says You have to NWB for 4week more in a fracture boot then we will see then healing of the bone . If bone did not heal then As a plan B we have to do re surgery . I am very much worried as Medial Malicious is a such a small bone re surgery is very risky as they will remove existing screw then break the callus and then align it with existing with new screw . I worried it will break due to existing and new screw hole .
Additionally even if fracture heal in next 4 week then as well it will heal in a displaced position and end will not align and will create later arthritis , chronic pain , swelling and other issue . Please advise what is the best option for me and kindly share your experience if someone go through it please unfortunately .. I am totally scared for re surgery of the same area as broken piece of Medial Malicious is very small

Friends , I have more updates for my medial malleolus fracture . Infect fracture bone is not moving but dropping with time due to faulty and loose fixation by the surgeon ,. After Checking my Xray , i found that Surgery was done right with bone well align with single screw but screw was fixed on one side of the broken piece and may be screw become loose and after 2w after surgery it become straight with no bone callus formations . When I check 6 Week Xray it further drop with soft callus formations but with movement and realignment connection to original bone.
Now the NHS doctor is saying have 4 week more NWB in CAM boot and see if bone formed otherwise we have to go for re surgery to fix the issue . I am afraid even the bone will form in next 4 W NWB but it will be relaigned and have new shape and will not connect to original bone at right positions and when I will be PWB or FWB , it will again further Drop and additional movement and break or create more pain to bear . Friends I am very scared and if someone come across similar position please share your experince and advises , which is highly appreciated .. After 6 W NWB its hard to go for additional 4 W NWB and even then there is no hope , If doctor go for another Surgery then there is a huge risk and ckock again start from Zero FROM where I started after my first surgery ..

Aw Sundeep, I'm so sorry, I have no advice on this particular problem as totally different to what I'm going through right now.
I came to offer sympathy for your situation and encouragement that as the consultant said there is still time for this to sort itself in some way. You are at the mercy of your own body healing-do as advise, rest, rest rest and eat well. I know it must be awful but positive / healing thoughts coming your way. Keep in touch and let us know how you're doing!
