Had a medical today will I still get paid next week

You don't say which benefit this is for? Either way, your money will continue until a decision is made. There's no timescales to decisions. Good luck.

It continues yes until a decision is made. If you're found fit for work then it will stop the day you're found fit for work.
You can ask for a copy of the assessment report to be sent to you but as it was only today you had your assessment then i'd leave until at least a week before ringing ESA for a copy. This report will give you some idea what the decision will be as they mostly go with that report.
Is it a review or a new claim?
