Hello, my Mother has been given the prognosis, of AL Amyloidosis. All I can do is pray 'Jehovah Rapha' (The lord who heals) and to Jesus Christ, because the doctors say, after these 6 months of on-going progress, it is untreatable. Essentially a Death Sentence, We can only wait for a miracle. She's currently on ECMO (Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation) and Dialysis. Doctor says she has a 44% chance of survival. However, I read that the disease becomes untreatable after 12 months, and although they say she is an ineligible candidate for a Stem-cell Transplant, she is however eligible for a 'mini-transplant', all help will be dearly appreciated.
