Hi all been back to the doctors after having my bloods done it came back k as raised for inflammatory so I got three weeks of steroids to see if they hep . Thank you all very much for your support

Hi Paula, I do hope the steroids help, in my case it took less than twenty four hours for a miracle to happen

  Hi Kerry they gave me 15 mg I feel a lot better than to what I have been feeling no where near as sore and stiff as before
