has anyone been successful with pain relief for cfs.  Even if it just takes off the edge of pain in all my joint and the awful headaches? So I can at least try and get back to work.  Cannot walk far these days without getting shaky legs and having to stop every 30 meters.

    Imipramine is often effective in CFS.

      Never heard of Imipramine being used in CFS. I know it is an anti depressant Amitriptyline is often used in cfs.

    I cannot tolerate any pain meds. Been on gabapentin for nerve pain hut has never really helped. Other than was a miracle for dreadful continual migraine. I get a cluster headache from time to time and a muzzy head though
