Ive only been on this Mirtazapine 15 mg for a week felt really rough flu type dizzy very tired and just not myself went to the Doctors and he said for me to wean off it but now i forgot what he said has anyone got any suggestions please

it’s best that you consult your doctor again or speak with a pharmacist about weaning off the medication.
