Medication melt down :(

every anti depressant i take causes me to tremor bad & get really bad headaches like being crushed so now i cant face taking them so im suffering bad heads pressure that frontal really low moods anxiety & compulsive behaviour cant cope feeling like i've lost my happy hormone face has become masked like avin memory problems & fatigued weakness in less stop doing normal things as my brain doesnt function like it use to just need someone to give me advice dr just keeps changing my meds to anuva anti depressant like he doesnt understand they all do it to me! frustrated

    i’m sorry you’re feeling so poorly. not everybody does well on this type of medication. I am very sensitive to medication and I have never found one to really help my anxiety and depression. The side effects are too harsh for me. it’s also very frustrating!

    im Currently not taking anything and trying to manage on my own which can be difficult at times. i really think doctors don’t know enough about anxiety and depression to really do anything more except prescribe medication. There needs to be a lot more research in this area so they can help the millions of people who are suffering from this.

    If you still want to try medication, maybe look for another Doctor Who is easy to talk to. Best of luck to you !
