Meds for SVT?

I have had PSVT my whole life. Was on various medications as an infant/child but had not been on anything for many years after that (despite still having episodes). Now in 30s and was prescribed Diltiazem/Cardizem to take as needed but have not found it to be effective as a "pill in the pocket." I was also given the option of Flecainide or Propranolol, also as "pill in the pocket" options, as I do not want to take anything on a regular basis unnecessarily and can usually stop episodes with Vagal maneuvers. I am a relatively active person and strenuous exercise can sometimes be one of my triggers. Which medications have you found worked best to prevent SVT episodes?
