carbamazepine 100mg 1 to 2 tablets twice a day (so between 200-400mg a day) only when having flare ups - hope this helps!

Oxcarbazepine/Trileptal 600mg every 8 hours (so 1800mg a day) and 20mg of Baclofen 2-4x a day as needed (so 40-80mg a day). I also will take tylenol, tumeric, and alpha lipoic acid on really bad days as back up meds. Hell, I've even dipped into my Valium and Gabapentin if the pain is unmanageable. I also recommend acupuncture. It noticeably helps me. If you try it give it at least 3 trips before making a decision (it doesn't always work right away). I do the acupuncture 2x a month and if I miss one I regret it so much because my pain always DOUBLES. So yes. It NOTICEABLY helps.
