I've had this mole on my inner thigh my entire life. But it has changed quite a bit over the years and it's worrisome. I think it resembles melanoma, but I don't know for sure. Does it look like melanoma to anyone else? Should I get it checked out? I appreciate any advice.

I would get it checked out for your own peace of mind. Despite what anyone says you are going to worry about it until you do. ( at least I would).

Completely agree with k510. You are already worried and think its melanoma. Get it checked professionally. GP or dermatologist. Its worth it for peace of mind. Unless you do you will always have that doubt.
