Hello all. I was going to take some Melatonin to help me sleep, but I'm a little worried about my food allergies. It might sound ridiculous, but I know that nuts are a natural source of melatonin...is it possible that store-bought dietary supplements could pose a risk? I'm guessing this stuff is synthetic and made in a lab, and that it's totally fine, but I like to make sure of everything first.
