Hi all, did anyone find on their Sertraline journey that when their mood lowered you started replaying sad things that have happened to you? x

I dont think its Sertraline. I felt it is just the nature of depression and anxiety because I had those flash back memories before Sertraline.

Hi Heather, it is unfortunately a natural reaction from our brain and mind that when we are feeling low, it likes to add a little bit more misery by recalling sad things. Wallow if you want, some say crying gives them a bit of relief, then move onto something more positive safe in the knowledge that at least this medication is not taking away all of your emotions
