I’ve had the rod in for 7 years with no periods now it’s due out I’m getting bad period pains 😞 how do I know if I have had the menopause 🙂

    Hi Penny, if you don't have no periods for that long you went through menopause if that's what your saying.

      Hi Marie I’ve had the contraceptive rod in for 7 years and had no periods but now it’s due to be taken out I’m getting period pains but no bleeding so I’m not sure if I have gone through the menopause yet I’m 56 yrs old 🙂
