Menier’s disease

I have Menier’s and am looking for something to take for temporary dizziness

    Tim,

    Make sure you stay hydrated to the max daily. Drink lots of water.

    If you're looking for something over the counter there's Dramamine or Bonine (meclazine) that you can try for temporary dizzies that aren't a full blown vertigo attack.

    Ask your doc if you need something stronger. Many on here take betahistine.

      What is the difference of Betahustine and Meclizine ? They just put me in Meclizine

    I took Bonine until I went to the doctors and they gave me something stronger. Boninereallyvworked for me even with a sudefed to dry up any allergy systems .

    Hi Tim! Have you seen a specialist ENT already? I don’t know of any meds over the counter, but your GP could probably prescribe you with some Betahistine.

    Take the betahistine in the amount needed to  give you some relief. trail and error method because its different for everyone. Also watch u tube videos from  Dr Burcon from Michigan. Find the closest Upper cervical chiropractor to you and start going. No its not cheap but it has worked for me.Get your head back on straight. Good luck!!

    Prochlorperazine might help, ask your doctor as it is only available on prescription.
