Ok I have a question can Meniere's cause weaknesses that last pretty much all day some days or for a few days in a row? And I'm talking about just totally washed out no energy and just really really weak all over?

It is possible.  The vesibular system has important connections with the spinal cord.

Wish there was something to take when this happens to stop it or make it better

Absolutely, especially if you were vomiting and whirling for hours.

    Daniel,

Meniere's manifests in different ways. One of them certainly is lack of energy. Because it is the balance mechanism that is affected, any messing with that will cause weakness and lack of energy. At least, that was so in my situation. Those are some of the earliest symptoms that there are. Hope this helped.

Thanks Barry for the info it was very helpful the weakness is the hardest for me to deal with cause it makes me just not want to move but I try to stay up and going and fight though it. Wish there was something to take to restore the energy when this happens.
