meniere's disease without titinnus?

I have 3 episodes of vertigo for the last 6 months and I dont have any titinnus. Vertigo occurs only when I am lying down or turning my head. 3 days back I visited ENT and he put me on Prednisone for 2 weeks and low salt diet. He says i have Meniere's symtoms. But many people have titinus. My vertigo last only less than 30 seconds or a min.

    Did the try a controlled lower on you? My ENT consultant did and knew then that my chrystals were wrong in my ear. I have Been diagnosed with Menieres now but getting the crystals back helped the vertigo on turning over.

      So did your doctor confirmed you whether its Menieres? Are you getting better when turning over?

      Yes I can turn over now but do it slowly. All as probably as good as it will get just try not to stress about anything.
