menieres blurry vision

Sorry to bother again but I am really dealing with blurry vision since my vertigo attack is this normal. My neuro doctor is sending me to eye doctor so maybe he can put some light on this.  Just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing blurry vision.

I also had an acute vertigo attack on July 7, and since that date I notice that my close vision is very blurry, previous reading glasses do not work.

i have recently been diagnosed with cataracts and I'm 42 years old. None of the docs can tell me why i have it at such a young age. Not sure if it is related but just wanted to mention it. good luck.

I think blurry vision is rather common for MD patients.  When I get blurriness I apply pressure with my fingers to each eye (both at same time) for about 15 seconds....this seems to help clear up the blurriness

My vision becomes very blurry during an attack, as my eyes flicker. My chiropractor has referred me to an eye doctor too. I also cant read small print on labels any more but my vision was excellent before MD.

I noticed a type of blurriness for me as well. Like a bit of saran wrap moves across my eyes...I can blink it away somewhat. My GP referred me to an opthamologist and I had an exam and bunch of tests and he said i have the very beginnings of teeny weeny cataracts that will eventually bother me in 10 years or so (I just turned 59 a couple days ago) but that my eyes are as healthy as can be. In WI it's 7mo of winter so the heat is on in the house a lot and with taking a diuretic along with my age, he diagnosed a type of dry eye. He gave me lubricating drops to use twice a day to battle the dryness. I've only been issuing them a week but don't notice much difference yet. It's a relief to know my eyes are healthy tho!

    Take care,

    ~Mary

This recently happened to me during several days of vertigo. I think I must have been dehydrated because after a day of using lubricating eye drops, my vision was back to normal. Im still using them daily.

After I replied to this last week I went to see an eye doc. Fortunately it was after and attack, so my eyes were still doing this. He filmed my eye flickering/pulsing. He said that its caused by a nerve impulse and nothing hw could do to help as it's a neurology issue. This makes total sense as our whole condition, as we all know, is caused by faulty or trapped nerves.
