    Hello Paul01145

I really understand what you are going through regarding attacks, I have been having them intermittently for over 20 years.

I am waiting for a Tribunal date, having been refused PIP, this is so distressing for me, also my employers are unsympathetic, and I'm very worried that I may lose my job, due to frequent sickness absences.

One day at a time.  I try to keep the balance in my schedule with rest, exercise, diet etc And TRUST.

Recently I almost drowned because I got a drop attack while swimming but luckily my friend noticed and rescued me.

I went swimming again the next day because I grew up with horses and we always say - if the horse throws you get back on - or you’ll never ride again!

I will pray for you, PAUL. Try Emotionsanonymous.org that helps me with my emotional balance.

So sad to hear Paul. NEVER give up! After drop attacks I have heard that one gets burned out Menieres ear, you lose all hearing in that ear but the dizzy goes away. i am hoping this is not a fairy tale, since i pray for that day to come...
