Hello Paul01145
I really understand what you are going through regarding attacks, I have been having them intermittently for over 20 years.
I am waiting for a Tribunal date, having been refused PIP, this is so distressing for me, also my employers are unsympathetic, and I'm very worried that I may lose my job, due to frequent sickness absences.

One day at a time. I try to keep the balance in my schedule with rest, exercise, diet etc And TRUST.
Recently I almost drowned because I got a drop attack while swimming but luckily my friend noticed and rescued me.
I went swimming again the next day because I grew up with horses and we always say - if the horse throws you get back on - or you’ll never ride again!
I will pray for you, PAUL. Try Emotionsanonymous.org that helps me with my emotional balance.

Hello sharon I used to deliver medication to people who had cancer and we're getting treatment at home and I had a bad attack when I was driving luckily I pulled over and that was the start of how I am now but we all got made redundant 8 weeks later as another firm bought our department but there is no way I could work at this moment in time x
