Meniers studies?

Hi fellow Meniers suffers, I want to know if anyone knows about Meniers studies?

I live close the NIH and am always wondering there are no ongoing Meniers studies going on! Maybe now that singer Huey Lewis came out that he is suffering from it big time, it may bring more attention to the need for more research. My hearing is pretty shot in my right ear and I am terrified that it has moved to the left ear also. I have no treatment besides cutting out salt and caffeine, and acupuncture  and Atlas treatments. Anyone have an info or updates? And does anyone know if the Meniers Man was able to save his hearing or is he deaf?

    Hi there,

    I recently saw this also, maybe it needs someone like that to bring it into the mainstream.

    Can i ask as i have been considering it, do you find accupunture to be helpful at all? And would you recommend it?

    I set a google alert on Meniere’s and I get many updates. I also joined a focus group that sends you updates on all the latest Meniere’s tests. I can’t give you the name on this board, the moderators won’t allow. Send me a private message and I will give you the information.
