What were your first signs and symptoms with meningitis? Can it clear up on its own?

    In my case the symptoms were a very severe headache, nausea and aching all over. Not sure if it can clear up on it's own but I would doubt it.

      Because I had a server right side headache with neck pain (only on the right side) for like a week and now I have pain in my right arm and leg,,, no other symptoms.. and when I looked it up first thing popped up was menginititis..,
