I will be without a period 3 years this June. I mistakenly thought once they ended I was in the clear....not the case! I still experience symptoms due to the gradual decrease in hormones and whatever other adjustments happening in my body. It is much better than it used to be, though.

      Hi Suzanne,

How good is it to hear things have improved for you.  Can I ask what symptoms you still have ? I’m really hoping the anxiety will go for me and that my hair will pick up 🙏🏼😘

    Hi Maria,

I am 1 year 8 months without my period, so I am 8 months post menopausal.  I have some symptoms that I had when I first started this 4 years ago. Some have gone and others  remain. The ones that are still here - some are less frequent and others come and go. Post menopause is stage you are in until the day you die.  Some women have symptoms that go at some point and others have symptoms that remain. I've read stories of some women who have hot flashes, for example in their 70's. Other women get through this and have no symptoms ever again. Everyone is so different. I'm sure hoping that mine go away!
