I am post surgical menopause in July. Since then, I keep having recurring UTIs. Never had them before so it has to be from the change in hormones. I'm using vaginal estriol & Testosterone but this has not had an effect on the uti's. Anyone else deal with this issue and have any luck curing them or have suggestions?

i hear cranberry pills help to keep you from getting uti's
