Cramps in limbs ,hands .Is this something that is familiar with anybody?

    Definitely, I think that was my first symptom. I could barely move or get out of bed due to being in pain. As if I had major arthritis. But taking glucosamine n MSM worked to get rid of the pain and calcium too.

    Absolutely hormonal. Always in my feet and legs. Have felt like I would pass out at times. And hits when I lay down.

    Yes! Foot cramps would wake me up monthly about a week before my period. Doesn't happen much now that I've been 10 months with no period.

    Yes ! I have had that I would wake up to numb hands ... all menopause !

      Morning Lori,

      Thought I had the start of Arthritis lol.Happened suddenly. 

      Am a nurse had all bloods done yesterday ,awaiting results .
