Do you know why they are falling off? Is it because they are on skin which stretches and flexes? Or are you perspiring? Or are they getting loose in the bath/shower?

Once you know why they're coming off, you'll have a better idea how to keep them on for longer. As a quick fix, I'd suggest using elastoplast around the edges to keep them in place, then go back to your GP and see what they have to say.

Try to put them on the flattest part of your behind, just above the curvy bit but below the waist. Also within the area of your underwear, so they don't catch on that. Make sure your skin is completely dry. With experience you'll find the best place - I've been using patches for years and they never fall off. Good luck.

Yes, I too have always found it better to put on high buttock where there is no fat roll but the last couple of weeks, they have been coming off very easy. A new fat roll??? I will have to move to trying Micropore tape because my skin does not like elastoplast.

hi, when you put the patch on, make sure you're not putting them on after a shower hot bath, allow skin to cool. also when u do apply them, hold your hand over them for about 10 seconds so they are securely in place. I'm in evorel patches and sometime mine fall off but then if I did the above, some of them I have to literally peel them off, but in general it does help. if that doesn't help, then I suggest yo ask your GP to change you onto maybe the same as myself or an alternative. Also explain to the doctor as they can fall off, that they prescribe u extra so they last you for however long u have to wait until u can reorder
