morning i have been on HRT patches for 5weeks now ,my legs and feet are so heavy like i have been running a marathon and i am very bloathed ,has anyone else suffer the same symtons ,i am thinking about taking water tablets to relise the bloathing ,i am a very active woman my diet hasnt change but the scales are going up ,

Hi Andrea, sorry I can't help, I am here to research about menopause and hrt as I think I might be going through early menopause.
But I hope someone is able to answer your questions.. X
PS: I was just reading some other thread on here about Evorel patches and some users were complaining of weight gain. Check the posts.

i am on oral hrt and i have noticed a large amount of water retention. my legs felt heavier before the pills tho i hope u find some answers
