Help, feel like i am going mad. Am 50 years old, not sleeping, not eating, moods just totally up and down, massive night sweats...am literally getting 3 to 4 hours sleep a night. Have the mirena fitted, which I have had for about 4 years, so no period's. Really struggling to get appointment with doctor. So am thinking menopause? Can the doc confirm and help? Any advice appreciated.
