Menopause and my body hurts so much

Hope someone can help.ive have menopause for about 3 years this year my symptoms have got awful .mega hot flushes mood swings weight gain headaches bad itching.. but I'm really concerened my bones hurt so much I struggle at work.i feel like crying I ache so much is this normal.im 47 and literally feel like an old lady 😔😔😔

    I have all of the above.  I had to retire early (55) because of all of it.  Menopause is not fun at all.  I feel sorry for you, girl.  Try to exercise or walk every day and get enough sleep and get a good support system in place (friends and family) to help you through this rough patch.  Keep on this  forum.  It really helps to know you’re not alone.  💜

    Hi Kim I’m 52 and exactly the same Hun I’ve been inperi about 2and a half years now and it has been really really hard every symptom goin I’m trying to just get through naturally some days my body aches so much I could cry I also work everyday and have two teenage boys so I’m kept busy but it is very hard everyday is different some days legs then arms back feet it never ends this forum has helped me so much in knowing I’m not alone in this hope this helps Hun sending hugs 🤗 x

    I feel your pain!!! I’m 52 for the past two years I have lower back, hip and legs pain almost always!! It’s steeling my life!!! I still work but it’s so hard!! I feel like an old lady!!! I want my life back!

    Yes Kim it's normal. Every joint in our bodies are going to ache. I've gained weight as well. And often it seems as though something is crawling on my skin but there's nothing there.
