Menopause, exhausted, HH

Hi people, I am 56, have HH, but have never had to have a venesection as menstruation sorted my iron out. But my tests came back yesterday showing doubled ferretin 137 in 6 months, trans saturation 85, iron 34. And I feel exhausted, with brain fog, irritability etc.

In NZ ferritin must be over 500 twice I think to get a venesection, so I want to know how bad is it going to be getting fatigued & wretched while I wait my ferretin to climb up to reach venesection levels?
